Having had four vehicles with weather tech floor and trunk liners I have, until now found products to be of a very high quality. Most recent car has a very poorly fitting trunk liner (loose all around and an entire corner area left uncovered. All I asked for was some consideration and a partial refund appreciating the issue, weather tech confirmed it was the right liner for the car and wanted me to pay to ship it back for a refund.
