"Sleepy Hollow Development" should be the definition of Hell. A lot is wrong here. First the parking lots: they were very bumpy and filled with pot holes until they paved them in september-november 2010, and it rained pracitcally throught that whole period, so no work was done. The building 6 parking lot is the worst. People park wherever they want and theres a van sitting in the first spot that doesnt move and has lisence plates from the 90s. In the winter, its freezing. Who ever it was that made that comment about these apartments should shut their mouth because you know nothing about the people there and what actually happens. Avoid like the plague. This place is gangland central. Loud music, gunshots, screaming and yelling people all night every night. This complex gets so loud it can be heard blocks away. Driving into this complex on a Friday night is like driving into Beirut during a civil war. The city of mckinney should revoke their housing permits and bulldoze that place to the ground.
