These trailer's are really out of date. They are run down. many problems. If your a month late and still planning on paying your rent be prepared to hear this get out. i don't want your money just leave now. When you call Mr. Weatherspoon to make a complaint about something is wrong with your home or something needs to be fixed he will tell you there is nothing wrong with it.
