Very professional, they did a wonderful job, and were able to be there almost immediately.
My parents recently bought a home in Clarksburg, WV and our home has a Bryant furnace which was already installed before my family bought the home. I’d stopped at Weatherservice Heating & Cooling and they seemed very knowledgeable about the history of the furnace. The next day I’d tooled a phot of the place for Google Maps, the owner seems to be ok with that. I already recommend them. I do recommend Bryant heating and cooling products, I’m very impressed with the Bryant HVAC system in our home.
They came to my house on a Friday afternoon looked at my filter said that’s my problem even looked down the top of furnace at the coil and said it was frozen when it wasn’t . If you can get someone to show up, they do provide good service at a decent rate. However, twice now I have had an appointment scheduled for regular furnace maintenance well in advance that was not honored. The first time this happened - no call, no show. I rescheduled for an alternate day/time and was quite polite about the situation because I understand things come up. Gave it another shot this year.
