Unprofessional, poor communication, struggled for months to receive a email or call back after them taking down payment. Poor workmanship, both contracts not completed by company. They installed my bathtub incorrectly (and out of order leaving me without a shower for a week and without a usable toilet for over 3 weeks), then tore out the ceiling and plaster walls around it causing it to become scratched and gouged and the caulking to yellow. Tore apart my bathroom and left it that way. No tub, no sink, no toilet. No floor, Debris all over the backyard. Endless appointments where they did not show up at all or showed up and left. Thank goodness we only let them start one of the two bathrooms. Did not refund any of our substantial deposit for either. I was heartbroken and absolutely shocked. Still am.
About a year ago we had a contract. They made ridiculous claims about firing someone and would not come out to do the job contracted. I'm glad to see these people are being sued. .
BEWARE NOTICE*** Everyone who has been scammed and signed a contract with no work done needs to seek legal action. Tyler D Hansen on August 5th was charged by the state of Wisconsin for theft by contractor. He has 10+ LLC businesses he operates under to scam people. There are currently dozens of lawsuits from his victims. I’ll still be contacting local police for theft. I’ve already been in contact with the DTCAP.
