Bought a front entry door on July 31st and was told it would take 6-8 weeks after the final measurement which happened the next week. Our door was finally scheduled to be installed today, 3 + months after ordered and they call 10 minutes prior to the 9-11 window and say sorry we have to cancel for another 2 weeks. We told them repeatedly that we needed it done prior to leaving for the winter but they didn't care, They got half our money. Chuck and Josh installed full replacement wood Pella windows for us last week. They were experienced professionals who were polite, responsive to questions, communicated well, and cleaned up each day. They removed and reattached the window wood trim with expertise and without damage to trim or walls during the window replacement installation.
