Started an insurance claim with them. 1/2 was paid, then husband and myself lost job, etc. I went to cancel the job and only received a refund of $2200 out of over $11k. Because they already ordered the siding. Yeah so why don't I get the siding?! You know they are going to install somewhere else and still charge the customer for it!!! Wow! Talk about standing behind your product and honoring the lifetime warranty! We replaced our whole house with new casement windows 6 years ago. We noticed one window looked different recently. Thank you WeatherSeal for replacing our casement window when the seal had let go in between the glass / argon gas had leaked out and became cloudy & spotty.
