We had new siding, soffit and gutters put on and they did a fabulous job!! Great attention to detail and completed siding and soffit in 3 days. We were so impressed and are still saying WOW!! The gutters and gutter guards were completed in just about 3 hours. When the old gutters were removed there were some shingles that were shortened. They came out right away and had one of their roofers fix it at no additional cost to us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Started an insurance claim with them. 1/2 was paid, then husband and myself lost job, etc. I went to cancel the job and only received a refund of $2200 out of over $11k. Because they already ordered the siding. Yeah so why don't I get the siding?! You know they are going to install somewhere else and still charge the customer for it!!! Unfortunately, I will not be going with them once I have the $$$ to do. My prior experience with them was completely different. Disappointed to learn but better now than after!
