I am very disappointed in the customer service of Weathers. I recently bought a very expensive 65 inch Sony television set from Weathers. I have done business with them from time to time over the last 20 years. The tv was delivered and set up by Weathers. Subsequently, I was unable to get surround sound from my audio/video surround sound setup. I called Weathers and asked for help. I spoke with Mark Weathers. He asked how old my receiver was.
