Cool people but the knowledge to unload 8 pallets that shifted and restack is not good and I ask for it to be offloaded with a forklift because it wasn’t nothing damage and the first picture is the load shifted and the second picture is them fixing the shift with a tow truck and the third picture is how he should’ve unloaded it and then he charge $3200 for something that shouldn’t took nothing but a hour to fix but I guess
They are hanging off in front of customers without saying labor hours how much. If you don`t have a road side service, then please explain to the customers politely, you don`t have to show your nervouse or arrogance to the customers. It is not good from your side
I came in Laredo for loaded and my tandem is not working they fixed in just 30 minutes. Thanks alot.
