worst customer service ever. no Professionalism at all. I had a roof change with weatherproof in last summer. recently we saw a water leak on couple walls. so, I contacted the manager with whom i worked with last year since roof has 10-year workmanship warranty. after couple of follow up he told me one time when someone will come and check the roof. on that day, no body shown up on promised time and they ended up giving me 3 different time. so, in frustration I called owner, and somebody show after that. upon inspection foun... read more

Where do I start? They ruined our driveway with oil stains. They knew their truck was leaking but still parked it on our driveway all day! They attempted to scrub the stains off, and sent a driveway cleaning company but the stains are still obvious. We requested they pay for an overlay of the driveway. They did not. We have Ring videos of oil from their truck running down our driveway! Over $3,000 worth of damage. They claim to be licensed and insured?! I can’t believe a company can be so negligent.
