They could improve by answering simple questions honestly. Trying to call, chat and email this company for answers has lead to absolutely nothing. Trying to get a price from them is absolutely infuriating.

It would be nice if they could at least give price range on their products, instead of making the consumer jump through hoops to get an 'estimate'. Any company that is unwilling to make prices available, is a company that bases their price off of what they think they can get from each individual.......

This company is not setup to sell or deal with an individual. Their "live chat" is useless. Why should a simple consumer have to go through a "consultation process" simply to get a price for a backyard canopy? This is a joke.

I called because we just got our insurance check for a new greenhouse and wanted to buy their new automated greenhouse. Never got a call back and the virtual chat never said more than the initial greeting. The first woman I spoke with didn’t even want to tell me where they are located and said she did not know for sure she was just an answering service and that a salesman would have to tell me where I can come see one. My daughter lives in Eckert but the lady still said she couldn’t come see their shelters. WTF?

Charged us the total of replacement/repair, including labor. Yesterday, the entirety of the top of this big unit ripped, shredded and blew apart. We saw that there were rips in the material a while back and they said they only last 5 years and aren't meant to last and shouldn't be in the sun. They would not help. I wish I could share photos. It is horrible - in ... read more
