They are not very professional. They claimed they performed a blower door test which recommended I have $10,000 worth of work done. Missing from their report was the replacement of the 22-year-old furnace which was my main concern. I would not recommend this company. They should be removed from the list of contractors recommended by WE Energies.

No stars given. Terrible service. On February 26, I had a home assessment done. I was told at this time that I would receive a report within two weeks. I followed up on March 27, April 3, and April 30. Each time I followed up, I was told the owner would call me to schedule to have the work completed. On April 30, I asserted that I have been trying to follow up to schedule to get this work completed, so the receptionist that I spoke to scheduled it for May 15 to put me on the calendar and told me that the owner would call me ... read more
We are extremely happy with the job that was done. From Devin on through the crew led by Francisco we couldn't be more satisfied. Everything was done without a hitch. We still can't believe it was done in one day. It's going to be a warmer home come this winter. Thanks for a job well done!
When we moved to Waukesha, we heard about $99 Energy Audits. One has to contract with an "Energy Ally" from a list provided by Focus on Energy. We contacted Weatherization Services and they have been great. Devin did the audit in April, we contracted with them to do recommended work beginning the end of May. They always showed up when they said they would. We had to deal with two contractors (one for insulation, one of water heater installation).
