I was given an estimate that seemed reasonable, but by the end of the project the total had gone up quite a bit. I understand things can change, but those changes should be explained before billing.
I appreciated the crew’s professionalism, but the billing wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. Several extra fees were added that weren’t discussed beforehand, which left me feeling frustrated.
The roofing work was completed, but I was disappointed by unexpected charges that appeared on the final invoice. The total ended up being higher than what was originally quoted. Clearer communication about costs would have made a big difference.

The entire team was kind, professional, and respectful, and the price was very affordable for the quality of work provided.
