This company did the roof on my mom’s house 2 years ago, and when my mom went to sell, the home inspection found defective portions of the roof that needed correction. And when trying to get Weatherguard to come do a warranty repair to avoid the $1000 repair invoice the buyers were asking for, they ghosted us, and didn’t follow up, forcing us to hire other roofing contractors to perform the repairs. Very flaky for warranty work and less than ideal that the roof needed repairs two years after installation!
