I had Weatherguard do a storm repair patch. The Weatherguard crew damaged the sheathing underneath when doing the repair and just shingled over it and left without saying anything about it. When I found out about it later on, the Weatherguard forman would not back their work at all and repeated not their fault but would fix it for more money. I hired a highly respected local roofing company to fix the repair job. They informed me the Weatherguard crew did a bad job and didn't even use shingles from the same manufacturer as m... read more

We repaired the shingles as needed. There is a dip in the sheathing due to the spacing between the rafters. We offered to fix the dip. Owner claims we caused the dip. I sent him estimate and he claims we should split the cost with him. We did not cause any damage. We will be glad to work with him butt this cost should be the owners.
Weatherguard did my roof in the spring and did a fantastic job! The crews who performed the work did an excellent job of installation and clean up. My slate roof looks gorgeous! We had a great experience working with Trent and Colin in their office. They responded to all questions when asked, in a timely and professional manner! I would highly reccomend.
