The company is friendly and very knowledgeable, their associate Mr.Jim Carnivele takes time to explain how the claim work, give me advices and answer my questions. Jim also see the job done from the beginning to the very end till it passed the Inspection. They are experienced and reliable.
Jim Carnivele replaced a piece of facia that was blown off and inspected our roof. He replaced the collar around the waste pipe where the shingles had pulled away. Jim is very friendly and helpful and explained things that were going on with the roof. He did a great job
Weatherguard acted quickly right after our HUGE hailstorm may 2023, calling me as a previous customer They worked through all of the delays due to material and crew shortages to get my shingles replaced before the snow flew last winter They did an amazing job, taking my concerns ands extra needs into account. Jim Carnivele was great to work with!! Will use this company again when we get hit with ours next hail storm. It IS Colorado after all!!
