I am posting this as a “recommend” for future customers to see. A representative banged on my mothers door while she was in the shower for 5 minutes straight. She finally went downstairs to answer and she informed the representative (initials KC) that her husband owns his own construction company and he takes care of their windows. He responded by mocking my mom and said “your husband doesn’t know what he’s doing”. We have had Weathergard windows for 22 years. Very pleased with the product and service. Had a small warranty issue and it was dealt with immediately. Highly recommend this company!
I had new windows and a door wall replaced and think they have a good product except when it rains against the door wall the track on the inside has water in it I've owned several door walls over the years and never had one get water on the inside track. They sent out a service rep. on September 23 and he said there is nothing he can do. I'm not satisfied at all with his response the windows don't leak when it rains thank goodness. Weatherstripping blowing in the breeze where it's all come loose. Weatherguard sent a rep to fix. He just tucked it back in and of course it all came loose. Contacted our dealer, Northwest Ranch Supply in Kremmling, CO. They said, according to Weatherguard, that we should fix it ourselves with silicone. This is the kind of company they are. Buyer beware
Great company to do business with. Allen Brooks was our sales contact and was extremely helpful. The delivery of our windows was a lot sooner than we anticipated. Installation crew was prompt, courteous and very efficient. The windows were measured so well that they fell right into place. Great experience!!
