I generally like the office staff, and receive great care, but their refill practices are outdated and they are slow to respond.

I read a lot of these reviews, but my experience was great. NP Deysi Solares was so kind and, even though it was a well woman visit, she took a significant amount of time to answer my questions. She was not only educated on menopause, but was incredibly empathetic and validating off my feelings. I also had to call in with another question, and had no issue reaching someone, and they were kind and helpful. It was just one visit but I look forward to going back. Who can say that about their gyno??

One star because there are no words. I had a miscarriage, my first pregnancy, and I called the office 7 times. I wanted to be seen, lab work, guidance…. I wanted help. I felt so hopeless. They never once called me back, not once. I don’t recommend this place at all. If you’re paying for someone to answer the phones, yet they don’t, that’s an issue. I needed help and guidance on how to navigate, and they simply did not care.
