I should have looked at the reviews before I went. They send you A LOT of emails and text messages reminding you about your appointment. I think they should send themselves also reminders about the appointment because they do not respect your time. When I went in to inquire why we were waiting so long past our appointment I was told that all the people that were coming in were scheduled before me. So I asked, are you behind? They never answer the calls.
Dr. Stamatis and his nurses have always be amazing! He’s delivered 2 of my babies and soon to be third and I’ve had nothing but good experiences!
Once you finally get into a room, the docs and nurse practitioners are great. However, every single appointment is a 30-45 min wait in the lobby and then another 30 mins in the room before the doctor even comes in. Plan on taking the entire morning off for a visit.
Receptionist and Dr. Jennifer Moss are professional and amazing people!
