Really frustrating when you call it’s impossible to talk to anyone and I was going to use them anyways because it seems like all the obgyns in Weatherford are tied to this office. I used them in the past and had issues as well with communication so I will not use them or recommend them. It would be really nice to be able to talk to a person when calling.
I had an extremely positive experience with Bethany Herrera and felt compelled to share it. I felt truly heard, respected, and cared for. Bethany was knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I noticed some negative reviews, and everyone’s experience is their own, but mine was completely different. I’m here to rave about someone who truly went above and beyond. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend her.
Treated horribly and they gouged my money even though my deductible and out of pocket costs had been met. They dont report to insurance until AFTER you have your baby if youre pregnant. Horrible establishment. Im so glad I was able to find a new provider elsewhere at 6 months pregnant!
I was wondering why I was hesitant to rebook my annual visit but my sister’s experience confirmed why I dread going and will not ever go back. I have never had a pleasant experience visiting this facility and it’s upsetting having to go all the way to Fort Worth for the proper care and service for such an intimate need. Staff at front desk is condescending, unprofessional and lacks appropriate customer service skills.
