Do not rent from them. They allow renters to trash the propert and leave trash, dirty diapers and dog poop all over the place and do not make them clean it up. Takes weeks for anything to get fixed and you’re never able to get ahold of anyone at the office. After notifying them I was purchasing a house and was not renewing my lease and would be out by June 30th i was told I was going to have to pay julys rent of 780 and sign a new rental agreement to give them a thirty day notice of us moving.
