Chris, the Maintenance Man, is doing a great job. My Granddaughter calls Chris, paw paw . Chrystal, the property manager, seems fair and reasonable. When neighbors get loud or leave trash all over.. Chrystal is on it ! Reasonable rates too ! Thank You Weathered Rock Apartments in Jefferson City, MO. !
Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. They don't respond to ant repair needs. And they increase rent by 70 dollars every year! Do not be fooled. This place isn't worth it! Utilities isn't included in the rent on top of all either, so don't get caught into a year long rental agreement.
Not worth it. Look elsewhere. Management does nothing about the constant harassment and police reports. I can't even break my lease, because nobody will call me back to get out of this hell.
