I first called at the end of December and was told they were scheduled a few weeks out. I called again over a month later and was told several people were out sick. It’s now been 10 weeks and I haven’t received one call back and when I call there’s always a busy signal. I’ll be glad to delete this if someone would simply call me with an update.
Wow! They are the BEST!!! They found my furnace problem in the morning and before the end of the day I had a new furnace!!! I realize this may not be typical every time, they do the best they can!!! Thank You Weatherby’s!!!
