My mother spent over a month at the Weatherby Pavilion while she was waiting for placement in a care facility. In that time, her strength and mobility declined from being able to sit up and turn in bed to being immobile and requiring complete assistance to move. When she arrived at the care home her teeth looking as though they had not been brushed at all, because they were completely caked with tartar. Visiting a neighbor weekly.
It's been a month of the front door not working and waiting for security to come open the bouncing doors. The management seems to think the doors will heal themselves. Security does not care cause they just manually pull open the left side panel which turns out to be an escape door on hinges... if only I'd known that weeks ago. Come every day to clean up after the care aids that just leave behind everything used or maybe to be used some day, bring food, laundry and remind next shift when medication is being missed. Hello today's visit was great. Your staff was very knowledgeable and courteous and professional. I had a small personal injury that was taken care at home. It was recommended that waiting past 6 hours will not resolve it. Thanks anyways, Have a great day
