Unprofessional and shady. They sent a few guys to my home to fix my AC. I don’t think the price was fair at all. Total rip off for the quality of work. I found a wonderful new company to use who pointed out some issues that were left by this company (ex:my compressor was hanging by a piece of tape and could have burned a wire etc)
Spoke to some guy at the front desk he asked what nationality I was and where I was originally from and was incredibly rude was an older man not sure what his name is very rude
Do not answer their phone
As a former employee I know that my co-workers go above and beyond to provide a safe comfort cool environment to the customer.
