We ordered two malts and they were milkshake consistency with a light flavor. Kinda tasted like some of the chocolate got into the cotton candy. Better than last time we came and got two milkshakes and they were watery.
Me and my husband got an ice cream cone and a medium concrete and it was $20!! That’s absolutely insane
We paid $40 for food and left a tip, and then she told me how she had to charge me 50 extra cents for to put my kid's ice cream cone in a tiny styrofoam cup. I get it but it's frustrating. Food took almost 50 minutes to be done. If you are on a time crunch, don't go here!
Listen I love you guys but there’s got to be a better way to do your drive through when people order food. I waited 35 minutes while every car in front me was handed food then for me to be at the window for 35 seconds while they made my ice cream. It’s been the last 3 times I’ve gone and I’m not going to keep going if I have to wait in line like that every time which is a bummer considering there’s a really simple fix; ask your customers that ordered food to pull forward or to the side while they wait.
