I had a less than enjoyable experience with Weather Shield. I will admit, 98% of my issues are with one employee who was assigned my case. There was not a single part of the lengthy process that this particular employee didn't mess up in one way or another. Hopefully, since my case was resolved, they have improved their employee training protocols.
I had a wonderful experience working with Weather Shield to replace my roof after hail damage. I worked with Lars, who went above and beyond to help me work with insurance over the course of 6 months before my insurance finally agreed to cover the cost of a roof replacement. Lars guided me through the whole process and spent countless hours on phone calls with me and meeting with insurance adjusters to help get the roof replaced. I don’t often write reviews, but Weather Shield deserves this positive review. After interviewing 3 other roofing companies, we chose Weather Shield to replace our hail damaged roof, gutters, and siding. The job is complete and looks great…we are very pleased! Excellent service! Customer service from handling the initial claim, interfacing with the insurance company to delivering the final product was outstanding. Their sales rep (Lars) provided great attention to details and very accommodating. Listened to the customer needs and delivered. They know their business. Their different installation crews, very profesional and incredibly efficient. Clean up during and after was outstanding. One stop shop for all roofing and more (Gutters and Siding).
