After the initial inspection the technician didn't notify the repair department about the leak in AC unit. They had to come back 3 times to finally fix the unit.
I got my HVAC Unit installed from them at my office location in Manhattan and they did a wonderful job!

I hired this HVAC contractor to install a new heating and cooling system, but it hasn’t been working as expected. The contractor was very slow to respond to my calls and messages. When I reported an issue with the system, it took several days just to get a technician scheduled. For a service that is essential for home comfort, timely response is extremely important, and this experience was frustrating.
