I had a similar experience from Paul. Franco stood me up 5 times then slapped the same sealer on my residential chimney and it looks awful. I had a leak around the flashing. He soaked me for 2800 for a 500$ job and promised he would give me money back. I am not holding my breath but considering small claims court. He is a professional scammer. This is either a very poorly run company or a scam, and I’m increasingly thinking it’s the latter. Weather Guard responded promptly to my call to repair a roof leak and was at my home within a couple of hours. James Franco quickly diagnosed the problem and set his two-man crew to work repairing it. The roofers appeared to know what they were doing. The cost was quite reasonable.
