So in Florida when the air conditioner is not working it affects everything. Weather Engineers made the whole process almost seamless. My initial tech was Josh and was so nice. My replacement part was not avail until the next day BUT when Daniel came the next day with the new part it was amazing how quickly my house cooled down. I’m very grateful for the professional response and I didn’t feel like my bill was outrageous. Thank you! This is my second review because I forgot to mention the technicians!
After experiencing multiple refrigerant leaks on a brand new system over several months (including replacing an evaporator coil), Joe B discovered a couple of loose flare fittings. He was very professional and did a thorough job. 5/28/2026. Followup on prior service: Discovered the dip switch was not turned on causing dehumidifier to not work. Original installation error fixed and under warranty. Working fine now for upcoming hot summer. Pleased with (hopefully) final resolution.
Kyle, Andrew, Dalton and Gabe did a great job, explained the system clearly and cleaned up well after the job well.
Jason is very knowledgeable of the services you offer, excellent customer customer skills and very professional.
Sterling Jefferson was excellent! Highly recommend him.
