Weather engineers are the best A/C company around. My A/C went out last night. I called this morning and they got me into the schedule and came out at 12noon. All fixed quickly, efficiently and reasonability. The technician, Mike was excellent. I highly recommend Weather Engineers.
From the first phone call to the office, the customer service provided was excellent. The ladies in the office kept me informed every step of the way, made sure I knew when the tech would arrive, and he arrived on time. The technician was professional, prepared, wore booties to keep my floors cleaned, made recommendations that would be best for us and our air system, left instructions on the unit for future use and was courteous and a pleasure to have in my home.
