Worst place to work. They have no work so they put you in the foundry and fire you for not breaking rod. A job that a monkey can do, they don't give raises, they don't have tooling, they don't have respect for their employees. Low budget mom n pop shop trying to be corporate with a bunch of dumb asses they call management running the shop. Work ethic is sad, safety is a joke. They don't even have clean coolant. I don't recommend anyone work there. Shut it down!!!
