Great place to find nearly new clothes, shoes, housewares and everything. Been shopping there for 15 yrs. Ive picked up earrings to furniture there!
My daughter left three items there for sale. When she called in to go get them she was told that they were no longer there that she had missed the opportunity to pick them up and that they had been "donated" when I got there they had been found. However they say that she made no money of the one piece that they did sale!! I will never go to this place again.
Business response:
In our contract, it states that the consignor has 7 days to pick up any unsold items after their 90 day consignment term. After the 97 days, the system automatically purges the items off the accounts into a donation account. Because of the large volume of items that we process, time only allows us to pull those items once a month. Any profits that are made on these accounts are used to donate back to organizations and the community.
