Early this year my wife and I had decided we wanted to buy some new vehicles. We have had Nissan in the past and are partial to the brand. We have a local Nissan dealership so we opted to shop locally. My wife liked the Rogue SL and I liked the Rogue Rock Creek. My wife took her car key in to be fixed for a recall and they didn't even fix it. They just put a screw in it instead of a new spring. So now her key fob doesn't close. That's a shade tree mechanic fix. If they can't even fix a key fob properly what do they do with an actual car. This is laughable.

Had a small administrative issue and spoke to the service manager who was very helpful and professional. Transferred me to Amy who resolved the issue very efficiently and with much courtesy.

Easy to buy a vehicle but the service department is useless. Had my 2024 Pathfinder there 3 times and they “can’t duplicate the problem.” Last time, they kept it 3 days and claimed they called. No calls or messages. Just useless and no customer skills at all.
