Service department unhelpful and a bit rude. I called to get some service records for a vehicle that I was planning on buying, they couldn't help me at that moment so I was told to call back in 5 mins and I did but after that every call I made went straight to voicemail.
Kyle was a nice person and helpful. He did not pressure me. He listened to my situation and needs.
Do not trust this dealer service department! The General Manager is welcome to contact me and discuss this. Took my 2026 f350 single wheel for a oil change and tire rotation. They had 77lbs of air in my front tires and 55 in the rear when the brought the truck back to me. The tire pressure on the dash was way off what the door jamb sticker says. I asked the service writer if I could use a gauge and compressor to fix it. He insisted on fixing it.. it came back with 70 in the front and 65 rear. Drove halfway home let air out ... read more
