Do yourself a favor, and call Erik!! He is awesome!! We needed to book transportation for my in-laws (3 total people) to attend our vow renewal in June. There was a bit of confusion with the website, as I originally booked a "Wheelchair trip" as my m.i.l. is in a mobility scooter. Erik was great in helping me figure out that the "Wheelchair trip" was actually intended to be booked for medical appointments. We needed to transport my mom (in her wheelchair) to an appointment at Mercy Hosp, from the N Hills. I reserved the trip online and Erik was very easy to reach for confirmation and with questions. He showed up right as scheduled, loaded the wheelchair and got us there nice and early (I was able to ride along, as his van holds 8 passengers). When we were almost done with the appointment, I let Erik know, and we met at the front door at the same time. A very smooth process, and Erik is a great guy too. Thank you, Erik!
Could not be more pleased with this business and Erik. I called for transport of my father's electric wheelchair that needed moved ASAP. They came within the hour to transport the wheelchair for a reasonable price. Will absolutely use them again!
I have never been more satisfied with a transportation service, and Erik is a genuinely very kind and helpful person. My dad is wheelchair bound, and we had a day trip planned for a few weeks. I scheduled a ride with a different transport service a few days in advance, and the morning of - they called me and said a van was out of commission and they canceled my scheduled ride only 2 hours before pick up.
