We Talk Pets! But not all of them clearly! We took my sister's pitbull to come get a check up and it was the worst experience. We were given attitude the minute we walked into the door and the girl at the front already looked terrified of our dog. Our dog is very friendly and looks can be deceiving. It takes a lot for me to write a review for something. Today was enough to do it. We took our Bobo here today due to an unfortunate injury we wanted to make sure we were taking care of properly. Our appt was at 4:30pm, we finally got called into a room at 5pm, then dr the came in at 5:30pm, while we had somewhere to be at 6, and were late thanks to their lack of urgency. They were really rude and had me wait for a long time and when I went to pay I had to wait for the person in the from desk to get off their phone to be able to pay

I have been looking at various vets throughout the area to get quotes for a dental cleaning for my cat. The vast majority of vets won't give you an estimate and force you to go in and pay for a visit, which I think is a dirty business tactic. I contacted them, and they gave me a detailed estimate. Even though I didn't end up going to their practice, their customer service in providing an estimate was great and their pricing transparency is commendable!
