After multiple failed attempts for repair using the Allstate Insurance that I purchased with the Meta Quest 3, I reached out to Charlotte Tech Repair. They were kind, professional and reassuring. My device was repaired and I also went ahead and replaced my cracked phone screen at a fair price. I most definitely will be a repeat customer.
