We knew the roof was going to need replacing eventually, the inspection even flagged it. Our roof had been showing its age, with curling shingles on the south side and a ridge vent that wasn’t functioning properly. WGR replaced it with asphalt architectural shingles in a darker color, giving the house a noticeably different look from the street. The team worked like a machine getting the old roof off. They had the new one on by the end of the second day and the cleanup was actually better than i thought it would be. used some heavy duty materials that feel like they will last forever. Good honest work from the whole crew at wgr.
