Started looking for a roofer back in late spring after we noticed some shingles in the yard and a couple of soft spots on the ceiling in the upstairs hallway. Got three quotes and these guys landed in the middle on price but the guy who came out actually spent time on the roof, took photos, and showed us what was going on instead of just handing over a number.
