This is probably the worst play place I’ve ever been too. It’s disgusting and all of the toys are broken. It’s nowhere near clean. Don’t spend your money here, I spent 30 minutes here and left. Highly do not recommend.
Great service and facility
My child is on the spectrum and was very excited to visit this place, but unfortunately it was poorly maintained. It was dirty, and several pieces of equipment were broken. They charge $25 plus tax, which is quite unreasonable given the condition of the facility.
Could be an awesome place. However it looks highly neglected. My family and I brought the kids to get away for the day, and a couple days later we all have hand foot and mouth. This place is clearly not being cleaned and sanitary the way they should be. Also a good percentage of the toys were broken or filthy/destroyed. I would say for the price you pay to get in it is not worth it at all.
It saddens me to leave this review as one of my children is autistic and we used to love it here. We haven’t been here since the old owner left (Tatiana) and what’s happened to the place is truly sad. It used to be so clean, organized and welcoming. Now all the toys/structures are broken, dirty and messy. This location is where we found our love for WRS, going on to visit the Brampton location when it launched.
