We were gifted a couple of sessions at We Rock the Spectrum, and it has quickly become one of our favorite places. My son has moderate autism, and seeing how much he genuinely loves it here means the world to us. The swings are his absolute favorite — he lights up the moment he walks through the door. They are an amazing family owened place and care about the parents and kids that com and k ow them by name . They are good and helpful in having this place my child loves going all the time he gets to have fun be himself since he on the sprectrum and i get to enjoy as a parent seeing my son’s excitement
My son is 6 and level 3 ASD, we are so limited to places we can go (and actually enjoy) I cannot say enough how much it meant, to be in a place and not have anxiety, or feel judged for my sons stimming or sporadic tantrums. The owner was super nice and down to earth, we felt totally welcomed! I cannot remember the last time we actually stayed the entire allotted time at a place. My only wish is that they had chairs/benches placed around the play space perimeter for parents to be able to sit down. Besides that we loved it! So... read more
