Great place for my tism kiddo but the reason of the 4 star review is because I feel like their needs to an appropriate age limit for the place the place it’s too small for 10 and up kids jumping sliding and stuff I understand kids will be kids but it gets very challenging having to make sure the big kids arnt trampolining the little ones

I would not recommend coming to this place. First off it’s not clean, I’m not sure when the last time anything was wiped down. The toys are old and dirty. The trampoline has duct tape holding it together. The selection of toys is very random. The outfits they have for the kids to put on look like rags. Second of all the staff was not helpful at all. They were too busy on their phones or something. Some kid left the gate open, and my daughter ran out. I had a panic attack thinking someone took her. She was way back by the toy... read more

My daughter had our grandson's birthday party here in July, there was apparently some scheduling issues and my daughter was upset and frustrated to start the party. The issue was quickly resolved and the kids had a great time and my daughter was able to enjoy the day and the experience. The staff went out of their way to ensure the rest of the day went well. My daughter and grandson had a fantastic experience and that's all I could ask for. I would recommend this location and this company.

We went for open play and I expected more for young toddlers than there was which was disappointing but my baby still had fun. However the staff was very busy talking about their boy problems and playing on their phones and parents were not paying attention to their own children who were behaving badly making it nerve wracking and dangerous for my son to freely play. I will not be returning.
