For customer service, I give this company 5 stars. Kim Kelly, Julie Hicks and Danielle Kokinda provided excellent and friendly customer service. Most of the time, I communicated with Kim Kelly via text. She always responded quickly and answered all of my questions. If she was not available, Danielle Kokinda responded.
