Tried a Power class at this new studio this week and loved it! Great energy and class variety!
I am so pleased with this facility! The instructors are excellent and the programming is top notch. Scheduling a class is a breeze. I especially appreciate the class package program, as my schedule varies from week to week and month to month. It is the best value for group fitness in our area. Highly recommend everyone to try!
I loved the atmosphere !! Everyone was friendly and I even got to meet the owner . He was great!!
