Dr Vasconcellos is an excellent Dr. I will always recommend her. She truly takes her time to figure out what’s going on with her patients. Her office staff is also amazing!! Thank you all for your patience and support for my daughter’s well being.
No heno tenido ningún problema con los doctores , pero si con servicio al cliente nunca responden las llamadas , llegue personalmente para buscar lo que necesitaba para mi hija h les dije que nunca responden las llamadas , la muchacha me dijo que solo hay una persona respondiendo al teléfono y cuatro personas respondiendo emails lo cual se demora 48 horas en responder , yo hice que mi esposa llamara mientras me atendían y el teléfono nunca sonó en los 10 minutos que esperaba , ellos envían la llamada enseguida a la contestad... read more
Absolutely awful attention to their patients! I have been calling for hours, left voicemails and sent emails to get no response from anyone. I fully intend to show up to the office tomorrow and speak to whoever is in charge about how terrible their service is.
My son has been a pt of Dr Vasconcellos (Dr V) for several years and was diagnosed at 3.5 years with ASD. In the past two years, he developed seizures which are currently being managed by Dr V. During what was an extremely difficult time for us and for my son, Dr V showed up everytime and showed tremendous compassion and excellent care. She is always available whenever we had emergencies with breakthrough seizures or adverse reactions to medications. She listens and respects her patients and the parent’s point of view.
