The positive reviews have to be fake. They refuse to answer the phone nor return a phone call. Everything has to be by email but even then they will not respond. I made several attempts but they only ever respond to my wife. Back in September, my wife managed to secure an appointment for November 19th. However, we later realized we’d need a different date and over two weeks of attempting to reschedule, my wife gets a text that the appointment has been cancelled. Amazing doctor! I have had several neurologist for my son and i can tell when someone is good. This doctor makes you feel heard and understood and she knows who you are. She is very spot on. Communication with the office is not the best. You will get better response through email. They are very busy. The day of your appointment you may have to wait a little but it’s worth it.
Horrible customer service.
It is to difficult to reach them almost imposible. To get my kid papers I have been waiting more than 15 days and still nothing, I cannot imagine the refill for a medication.
