WeManage allowed other tenants to harass me and took no action. They forced me to move via a constructive eviction, and they have not returned my security deposit - which is illegal, as it has been well over 21 days. Edited to add: when I finally got my deposit back, they charged me for a broken/missing fire alarm. I sent them VIDEO showing them this alarm was broken, and I submitted multiple maintenance requests to have it fixed. I have lived at a We Manage property for many years. I have dealt with a lot of management companies over the years (Miller & Desatnik was the worst in Culver City) and by far this is the best management company I have worked with. They are extremely responsive to maintenance requests and have really made some great upgrades to my apartment and the property over the years. Special shoutout to Alex and Robin who have been super helpful throughout my time with We Manage.
I tried to schedule a showing for a property they manage and their lack of communication was really disappointing. I called, texted and emailed with no response Saturday when the listing posted on Zillow. I finally get a text from Samira Uti on Monday to start the scheduling process. Made an appointment with this group to view 4640 N Banner Dr - 4642 N Banner Dr Unit #1. I was excited to view the apartment with my fiancée, our appointment was for 4:45pm we arrived at 4:40pm. We called and were told that someone will be there to assist us at the Bulding. We waited until 4:50 then called again, and were told she’s probaly on another appointment.
