Made an appointment with this group to view 4640 N Banner Dr - 4642 N Banner Dr Unit #1. I was excited to view the apartment with my fiancée, our appointment was for 4:45pm we arrived at 4:40pm. We called and were told that someone will be there to assist us at the Bulding. We waited until 4:50 then called again, and were told she’s probaly on another appointment. Stayed with We Manage: the accommodation did not match the photos, and communication with the staff was almost impossible. I wouldn’t recommend it

I had high expectations based on the promises made, but the reality was quite the opposite. The service was slow, poorly managed, and lacked the personalized touch I was hoping for. It felt like no one was actually paying attention to the details, and basic requests were either delayed or completely ignored. For something that claims to offer premium, high-end experiences, this was a huge letdown. Definitely not worth the price or the frustration.
