Jodie Wilkinson has got to be one the best Property Managers I’ve come across. Not only was she extremely nice and helpful whilst we Leased a property for nearly 4 years with her but since leaving that property has been easily contactable and always willing to help when asked for a rental reference or to find a another property to lease Thank you so much Jodie for always being so kind and willing to help It’s very much appreciated.
These guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with! They have been responsive to requests, proactive in resolving issues, and demonstrated a highly professional attitude at all times. As the renter, I can attest to how rare this kind of service is these days.
I had a rental property in Camillo, W.A., that has recently been sold. The property was managed by We Love Rentals and I would like to record the fantastic service I was accorded by the property manager, Ms Jodie Wilkinson. Not only were items needing maintenance reported to me promptly but reasonable quotes were obtained. Jodie has a good rapport with tenants and knows how to keep them happy even when rising bank rates force owners to raise the rent. Should really work on your inter communication skills during open houses. Today was below expected standard.
Nothing but praise for Kylie and the team at "We Love Rentals". Since swapping over ~2 years ago, we have been met with professional & quick service, thorough inspections, helpful advice and excellent organization of any outside vendors for maintenance/issues. Communication is oh so speedy and they are always lovely to speak with on the phone or email. Highly recommended!
