I had an appointment booked through their website with a stylist that unbeknownst to me is no longer working there and instead of honoring the appointment I had to find somewhere else to go get my hair done at the last minute.
Website needs to be updated to reflect current pricing and if only cash is accepted for services that needs to be known before the appointment.
My go to salon right here. My best friend put me onto Felicia (NeeCee) and I have not looked back since! Her hands are truly gifted and she really knows how to handle my type 4 hair with ease, especially when blow drying. I got my hair done by her 3 times already — 2 natural flat twist hairstyles and one silk press. I also recommended her to 3 people and they all loved her services. Highly recommend!
Holly needs more experience on short hair. I ask her to shape me up and I wanted pin Curls since my hair was long enough for it. When I looked the next morning she shave my hair like a fade and have to bald spots on each side of my ears. Also cut my hair so short like a boy and I’m really dissatisfied with her work. An she charged me $95 . What she did to my hair I have to cut it off to a low Ceasar and let it grow back. Will never refer her to anyone. William your going to lose business
