I made an appointment there and of course I was late. I paid her extra just because I was late. I had hairstylist Ms. Holly, who gave me a wash, and I dont even know if she conditioned my hair. Charged me $95 for a silk press on my natural hair and it looks horrible the next day. My family said to me it looks like she did nothing to your hair...I'm disgusted and feel taken advantage of for real. I gave $120 for nothing. I am missed off beyond belief. Don't go here. My opinion.
Wanted to like it here, however Holly wasn’t very personable matter of fact the interaction was confrontational from the beginning of me coming in the shop. I booked for a wash blow dry and deep condition *sigh* not only did I feel rushed she put me under the dryer with no cap, complained that I still had product in my head withOUT rerinsing me , (mind you SHE WASHED MY HAIR SO SHE SHOULD HAVR SENT ME BACK TO THE BOWL)and also blamed my hair matting because her words “my hair wasn’t combed out before washing my hair” not sur... read more
Very rude and nasty workers don’t waste your time
Halimatu needs to work on her attitude and she was really stank. I will not be coming back. I liked Willie but I can’t deal with that attitude. Especially if I’m a paying customer.
