They are full of broken promises. For example, they said my travel to and from my home was fully covered for my treatment once fully completed. It was not. They said that I could keep my phone. My phone was the first thing taken. They put detox patients on the second floor when it is supposed to be reserved for residents. This was the worst experience I have had at a treatment center the nursing staff completely forgot about me I was there for detox and I did t get help until the fourth day of my stay. I asked for my things several times they said I never came in with anything when I actually did. When I showed up my bed was still dirty and wasn’t made. When I talked to admissions they said they had a gym and there was not a gym. Great recovery program. The Staff is amazing! I learned a lot from them and they showed they actually cared and wanted to help by there actions. Thank you 🙏 especially Brittany, Robert, James and Missy. !

30 days was tough. But it was worth the end results. Getting your mind right is the best thing you can do for your future and family. Building needs some updates but the core is in the people. Amazing staff and amazing peers.
