No pun intended, but this was a classic bait and switch. My wife was quoted $65 for an interior spray and they charged $95 after service was rendered. My wife called the office while the technician was here and they told her the cost would be $85 for the services performed. If they added to the basic service, we were not advised. I didn't know until after they left but my wife said she confirmed with the technician prior to beginning to spray the cost was to be $65 and he confirmed.
