My house is now torn apart with no ac and I have been waiting since December for completion of my claim. I am forced to use the insurance companies vendor and they have dropped the ball big time. I have reached out multiple times and have been promised help but still haven't had any luck. I was also promised I would receive a copy of paperwork I signed showing I chose an insurance company that forces you to use their in-house vendor to save on the policy.
